EVAN C. MATZNER

Prior to joining Cornerstone Properties, Evan worked with a custom home and multi- family home developer overseeing many developments and project sales design centers. In addition, he and his partner have developed over $45,000,000 worth of commercial & residential investment properties for their clients and personal portfolios.

Evan Matzner has spent his entire 30 year career in the Real Estate/Development/Home Building industry. He has held a General Contractors License since he was 24, and obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 1991. He has also completed the Real Estate Appraisal Institute certification program as well as many other industry related seminars and workshops.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane who is a designer, traveling around to all of the beautiful areas in the Hill Country, enjoying local restaurants and music. He also participates in extreme fitness events such as endurance trail running, marathons, and Crossfit.

Evan's work and entrepreneurial experience and continuing education in the real estate profession has given him the core values that clients respect - Commitment, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity.
